Today was the day. Today I finally saw what I was curious about. Today I had jerk chicken at the company bistro at my new job. Yup, I heard more about the cafeteria than I did about the company itself. And you know what, it was tasty and legit for not being authentic.
The job looks to be everything I was thinking it would be. And you know what, I felt good about myself for the first time in a long time. Congrats from every representative of the company for making it in. And overall a respect for doing things right was laced all over today's on boarding. Not to mention I'll be in this on boarding process for another 9 days as I learn every aspect of the company as it relates to IT.
I feel I have a lot to prove to myself still and perhaps this will be a great platform to execute and restore my confidence in my technical abilities.
